Para verificar si las facturas se enviaron al cliente final como lo indica tu configuraci\u00f3n de Series (ver mas<\/a>), existe una secci\u00f3n donde podr\u00e1s visualizar si ocurri\u00f3 un error en \u00e9l envi\u00f3 o si la factura se envi\u00f3 correctamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Para visualizar \u00e9l envi\u00f3 de correos de las facturas, ingresa a tu portal de Mega Invoice con tu usuario y contrase\u00f1a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En la pantalla principal da clic en el \u00edcono de la parte superior derecha y selecciona la opci\u00f3n\u00a0\u201cConfiguraci\u00f3n\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n

Cargar\u00e1 un listado de paneles con las diferentes configuraciones disponibles, da clic en el apartado\u00a0\u201cEnv\u00edo Autom\u00e1tico\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n

En seguida observaras un formulario para filtrar por uno o m\u00e1s campos. <\/p>\n\n\n

Al ingresar alguno de los par\u00e1metros de b\u00fasqueda da clic en el icono de “Buscar”<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n

Una vez hecho el filtro en el listado de la parte inferior podr\u00e1s observar el o los registros, en donde en la columna de error mail se podr\u00e1 observar la trazabilidad del envi\u00f3 si fue exitoso o si ocurri\u00f3 un error.<\/p>\n\n\n
